Update...

The church has asked that we discontinue posting info on the young women on blogs due to the possibility of misinformation out there. We will leave the blog up so that the links to www.lds.org can still be accessed.

Young Women...if you haven't opened up your online Personal Progress yet, please do it now:) Click on the sidebar to the right...it should be up and working soon.

Love,
Sis N. Jones

Changes in Young Women

We have had so many changes on our board these past few months.... Thank you Sister Thompson for your hard work, dedication, and passion for our girls. Good luck in Seminary!

Thank you Sister J. Holmes for your time devoted to our Beehives. Your time was short, but being a mommy to twins will more than take your time. Call us so we can help:)

Sister Tanner...you were awesome. You were so kind in offering your home and helping out for so long. We're glad we have your daughters to work with. Good luck in the missionary efforts.

Sister Woodland...what are you thinking...Logan? Way too cold. We miss you so much. Thanks for turning around the Personal Progress Program for us. Your efforts have truly paid off and we so miss you. Stay warm and please come back and visit!!!!!

Sister M. Jones...now I have to update the blog occasionally:) What are you thinking...Texas? We miss your organization and on the ballness. Thanks for your listening ear. Love you girl and can't wait until you get to come back. Take care of the family ok!

Sister Eliason...so glad you stayed, just changed hats. Now all the girls get a chance to work with you. Love the enthusiasm and frankness. We are so fortunate to have your help.

Welcome aboard Sister Hill and Sister Christensen. You will learn it together. New blood is always refreshing. Your ideas are amazing...keep them coming. The Beehives are so lucky.

Sister Poore joins the Mia Maid clan. Your lessons are awesome and you will grow to love Young Women. Now it's your chance to experience it for yourself.

Sister B. Holmes joins the presidency. I can't wait for her to get to know our girls because they are incredible. Thanks for the support already.

The rest of us will continue to plug along. I couldn't do it without all of you...so on behalf of the girls and myself, THANKS for the service and the memories:)

Stake Basketball Tournament

The annual Stake Basketball Tournament was a blast and our girls did a good job of representing our ward! We won some and lost some and were barely beat out for the play-offs. We want to thank Sis. Hunt for all her dedication to our team! We love having her over our sports!

Young Women in Excellence

This night, although almost over a year ago, can easily be called the BEsT Young Women in Excellence EvER!!! Way to go Beehives for an incredible night!

Unfortunately, I accidently deleted all of our red carpet and award pictures. SORRY!

Different Young Women were in charge of decorating a table according to the value they were assigned and then used this assignment as a value experience.

The incoming Beehives were our wonderful waitresses (along with Andrea's awesome sister).

Many of the Young Women shared their talents with us...

even the leaders (BeWArE of the pOOr video quality).

Sister Woodland sang the most bEAuTiFUl song that went along with our theme for the year.

A Walk with Joseph Smith

An amazing night where the youth had a chance to learn more about the Prophet, Joseph Smith.

A game Joseph Smith enjoyed playing.

Brother Woodland rebuilt Liberty Jail and gave us a glimpse into the time Joseph Smith spent there.

Bishop and his family portrayed an evening at the Smith home.
